Insurance: out-of-network (PPO)
*Clients will be provided a monthly invoice "superbill" to submit to their insurer for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement is dependent on your insurance policy; it is encouraged to reach out to your claims department prior to session to confirm reimbursement rate.
